This Privacy Policy explains how Loira AB(“Loira,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the Loira application and website (the “Service”). Loira is an AI operating layer for project execution: it ingests context you connect or provide, extracts structure such as goals, milestones, and tasks, and helps you act on it. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
Account and contact details (such as your name, email address, and organization) when you sign up, request access, or contact us, and the content you enter into the Service such as chat messages and project details.
If you use voice input in chat, the audio you record is sent to our transcription provider (OpenAI) to convert it to text that fills your message box. Loira does not store the audio recording or the resulting transcript beyond processing the request; the transcribed text is returned to you to use as you choose.
When you connect a Google account, you grant Loira access only to the scopes you approve. Loira requests:
Loira reads your mailbox history only from the point you connect it forward; it does not backfill your existing inbox. Messages you have not routed to a project remain private to you and are not shared with your team.
Standard technical data such as log data, device and browser information, and usage events, used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
Loira’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf to run the Service, under contracts that limit their use to that purpose:
We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights and safety of users and the public.
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You can disconnect a connected Google account at any time from Loira’s settings, which deletes the stored access credentials for that mailbox. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at admin@loira.ai. You may also revoke Loira’s access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions.
We apply administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. Google OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest, data is isolated per tenant with row-level security, and access to production data is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and continually improve our safeguards.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at admin@loira.ai. If you are in the European Economic Area, our processing is carried out under the applicable bases in the GDPR and you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above, and provide additional notice for material changes.
